Refund policy

At Happy Hair Co., we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Please email us at info@happyhairco.store to initiate a return. You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed minus the 30% restocking fee, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@happyhairco.store. 

Non-Returnable Items 

Gift cards, sale items, and digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
