Refund policy

At Happy Hair Co., we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

• Please email us at info@happyhairco.store to initiate a return. You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed minus the 30% restocking fee, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@happyhairco.store. 

• Gift cards, sale items, and digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
